BEJAR ROTI SNACKS FOR DIABETICS

Ingredients (Makes 5-6 Rotis)

1/2 cup atta

1/2 cup jowar ka atta

1/4 cup gramflour

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp green chilli paste

2 tbsp chopped mint or fresh coriander

Preparation

 

Sift the 3 flours and salt. Add rest of the ingredients and knead to a dough with lukewarm water. Keep covered for 30 minutes. Knead well again and divide into small balls. Roll out and bake on a hot tawa till brown spots appear.
