Crisp Wheat Bread
2 cups wheat flour
6 tbsp ghee
Salt to taste
1. Place the flour in a deep plate, make a well in the centre and add ghee and salt. Make a stiff dough with the help of water and set aside for half an hour.
2. Knead once again to make a smooth dough and divide it into ten to twelve equal parts.
3. Roll out three inch round rotis. Roast on a griddle on a low flame. Flip and roast the other side. Press the bhakri on the griddle in a circular movement with the help of a thick folded cloth or a wooden handled disc.
4. Turn over again and press to ensure that the bhakri is crisp and brown.
5. Serve hot.
