250 gm khaman dhokla mix(readymade)
1/2 cup fenugreek leaves
1 tbsp oil
2 tsp ginger-chilli paste
Extra oil to grease the pan

1. Empty the contents of the packet in a large bowl. Blend the washed fenugreek leaves, the dhokla, oil, ginger-chilli paste and one and a half cups of water.
2. Mix thoroughly and spoon it into the greased idli mould and steam it in a covered vessel over hot water for fifteen minutes.
3. Remove with a sharp knife and serve hot with coconut chutney.
