500 gm potatoes, boiled and mashed
1/2 cup dried sago
2 tbsp ginger-chilli paste
1/2 cup powdered peanuts
1/4 cup finely-chopped coriander
2 tbsp grated fresh coconut
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt to taste
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp arrowroot
Oil for frying
2 tbsps soaked sago
1. Soak sago in one cup of water, Drain and set aside,
2, Mix all the ingredients except oil in a bowl, Make walnut sized balls from this mixture.
3. Roll these balls in soaked sago and fry in hot oil.
4, Serve as a snack with green chutney.
