Pran Mudra

The tip of the thumb is made to touch the tips of both the little and ring fingers joined together in both the hands, while keeping the other two fingers straight.

This posture switches on the flow of life force in the body mechanism and is very beneficial to both healthy and ailing people. It is especially useful for the eyes, and enhances the natural resistance of the body. It multiplies the useful effects of the other postures and thus is complementary to the other yogic postures.
