Watch the disgust you feel about yourself.

Experience all emotions attached with this feeling.

Watch the insecurities you feel in life.

Experience all emotions attached with this feeling.

Watch all your inferiorities as you visualize.

Experience all emotions attached with this feeling.

Watch all the hurts you have gone thro'.

Experience all emotions attached with this feeling.

Acknowledge all this that your mind contains.

Find yourself as a pure witness.
