Mathri sev puri

16 mathri

½ cup sev

1 tablespoon oil

1 medium onion, chopped

1 cup American sweetcorn, boiled

2 fresh red chillies, chopped

¼ cup sweet chilli sauce

½ teaspoon chaat masala

1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint

2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander

Salt to taste

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Heat the oil in a non-stick pani add the onion and saute till translucent. Add the corn and saute for half a minute. Add the fresh red chillies, sweet chilli sauce and toss to mix. Add the chaat mas ala, mint, coriander and salt. Mix and cook till dry. Stir in the lemon juice.

 

Divide the mixture into sixteen portions. Place each portion on a mathri. Sprinkle sev, garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
