Shoonya Mudra

In this posture, the middle finger is brought to the base of the thumb and pressed gently with the thumb in both the hands, while keeping the other fingers straight.

This posture helps in all diseases of the ear. If it is done soon after the pain has started in the ear, it gives relief in a few minutes. It improves deficient hearing, and helps in thyroid, speech impairment problem and strengthening of gums.
